DESCRIPTION:Part 1 -  25th Feb 09.30 - 13.00.    Part 2  - 17th March 09.30 - 13.00.    Authentic wooden dummy form and sequence from the Yip Man Martial Arts Association. Complete and unaltered version. Learn the sequence and how to use this unique tool. It is not a conditioning device. It will improve your chi sao\, feeding techniques and all aspects of your wing chun. It teaches flow\, feel\, balance and timing.      The normal cost for this in Hong Kong is £2k. These workshops are £300 (for part 1 & 2) if pre booked and paid for by 10th Feb. £50 deposit to your instructor will hold you a place. £380 on the day. Bring your own wooden dummy or share with a partner. For those who have already completed this course\, the cost will be £25 per day.
